Gina, the studio owner,  has been passionate about movement since she was a teenager.  After having her 3 kids, she was looking for something... her passion led her to personal training, then a spin instructor, Aerial silks, and yoga.  During Covid, Gina realized how impactful it was to practice yoga together as a community and there was an unmistakable "energy" that was missed when online.  Gina loves to bring that energy to her practice and share it with others.  

Eilean is from Jamaica and like most Jamaicans she loves the outdoors, music and of course food.   In her quiet time, she spends time with her pup Kriket, reading and taking long meditative walks... unless of course she is on the mat doing some form of yoga.   Eilean was introduced to yoga 10 yrs ago and has been serving her community teaching yoga and serves as a grief yoga facilitator.  Eilean's yoga philosophy holds firm to the principles of ahimsa, alignment and breath.  

Emily’s yoga journey began in 2009 with her first yoga class. In 2015,  she decided to became a yoga teacher.  Shortly after, she studied Ayurveda which led her to the sivananda yoga ashram in the Bahamas.  She landed back in Georgia and begin teaching and studying energy work. Today she is a level two Reiki practitioner and working towards her 500 hr YTT.  She enjoys hiking cooking, connecting with friends, traveling, projects, new experiences, and all things yoga, healing and energy.
