Gina, the studio owner, has been passionate about movement since she was a teenager. After having her 3 kids, she was looking for something... her passion led her to personal training, then a spin instructor, Aerial silks, and yoga. Gina is a E-RYTT 500 Hrs Yoga Teacher, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Personal Trainer. Gina loves to bring positive energy to her practice and share it with others.
Eilean is from Jamaica and like most Jamaicans she loves the outdoors, music and of course food. In her quiet time, she spends time with her pup Kriket, reading and taking long meditative walks... unless of course she is on the mat doing some form of yoga. Eilean was introduced to yoga 10 yrs ago and has been serving her community teaching yoga and serves as a grief yoga facilitator. Eilean's yoga philosophy holds firm to the principles of ahimsa, alignment and breath.
Sharada is curious at heart, she wears many hats - mom to 2 adventurous kids & 3 pets, fintech product leader and a lifelong student of the mind-body connection. A certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master, outside of work and the studio she can be found hiking, traveling, working on art or gardening.
