We lock our door 5 mins prior to class starting. Please plan to arrive ON-time or the door may be locked and you will miss class. This ensures that all our students are able to get situated and set up their mats in our studio space by the time class starts.
We suggest that you wear what is comfortable. The heat takes time to acclimate to. Men are welcome to go without a shirt. Women are welcome to wear sports bra. Ultimately, wear what you feel most comfortable in.
Bring a yoga mat, water, a towel to wipe sweat and for some a yoga mat towel (this is a non-slip towel intended for hot yoga that lays on top of your yoga mat. We do have mats and mat towels available for rent and for sale at the studio. We do not allow thick foam mats for any of our hot yoga classes. These mats slide on the floor and are not safe as you move. Thick foam mats are okay for yin yoga and pilates.
Yes, we have showers both in the women's locker room as well as in the men's. Showers are on a first come first serve basis and we ask that showers be limited to 5 mins when there is a wait.
We offer various membership options including unlimited monthly, 5-class pack, 10-class pack, and drop-in rates. Check our website for more information.
Currently no, we do not offer online classes however stay tuned as we look to add online packages in the future
Our studio is spacious and can accommodate up to 40 students per class. We recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot.
