200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training
About our 200 HR program
Our 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher training program is approved by Yoga Alliance. For those that have dreamed of one day teaching yoga or for the practitioner who wants to dive deeper into yoga philosophy, anatomy, the nervous system, the chakras and more; this training is for you. This is an in-person training program that will take 3.5 months to complete. Independent study, practice, and reading are a must to keep up with the curriculum.
Dates: Starting June 2026l
We will meet 1 or 2 weekends per month.

Our YTT class will be small enough that if there are any conflicts with the schedule we are able to adjust the schedule to accommodate.
Costs
$3000 + the cost of books (includes a free membership to Infinity Hot yoga)
