This is a set sequence class heated to 105 degrees based on Bikrams set sequence. We have a 90 min class and an hour class. Note the times on the schedule
This vinyasa style practices focuses on the opening of the hip joint. For many, we hold tension and stress in the hips, or we sit for long hours during the day. This practice will release that tension in the hips. heated to about 100 degrees
This is a heated 60 min class, heated to 105 degrees. Power flow is a vinyasa style class intended to generate internal heat and build strength and stability from within.
Non heated classes are yoga and pilates
Pilates's focus is core activation and the lengthening and strengthening of muscles. Pilates and Barre is a wondeful compliment to any yoga practice.
Yin yoga is a completely different style of yoga in which the poses are held for 3-5 mins. Most poses are either reclined or seated on the mat. The target for Yin is myofascial tissue.
Slow Flow incorporates the basics of movement for an overall stretch. Learn to align, open, strengthen, and stabilize the body in this slow soft practice.
