Yoga Class Descriptions

Hot Yoga Classes

Hot Fusion

60 mins or 90 mins

This is a set sequence class heated to 105 degrees based on Bikrams set sequence.  We have a 90 min class and an hour class. Note the times on the schedule

the power of yoga

Hot Hip Release

60 mins

This vinyasa style practices focuses on the opening of the hip joint.  For many, we hold tension and stress in the hips, or we sit for long hours during the day.  This practice will release that tension in the hips.  heated to about 99 degrees

Hot Power Flow

60 mins

This is a heated 60 min class, heated to 99 degrees.  Power flow is a vinyasa style class intended to generate internal heat and build strength and stability from within.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

60 mins

This is a heated 60 min class, heated to 99 degrees.  This class combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises, using weights or resistance bands.  It blends yoga's flexibility and mindfulness with the muscle-toning benefits of strength training.

Hot Slow Flow

60 mins

This is a heated 60 min class, heated to 99 degrees.  This class focuses on gentle, mindful movements through poses with an emphasis on breath and alignment.  Practitioners will hold poses, deepen their stretches and connect deeply with each movement.  This class is perfect for beginners or advanced yogis who are looking for a deep relaxing stretch.


Non-heated Classes

Non heated classes are yoga and pilates

Pilates/Barre

60 mins

Pilates's focus is core activation and the lengthening and strengthening of muscles.  Pilates and Barre is a wondeful compliment to any yoga practice.  

enhance flexibility

Yin Yoga

60 mins

Yin yoga is a completely different style of yoga in which the poses are held for 3-5 mins.  Most poses are either reclined or seated on the mat.  The target for Yin is myofascial tissue.  

feel calm

Slow Flow

60 Mins

Slow Flow  incorporates the basics of movement for an overall stretch.  Learn to align, open, strengthen, and stabilize the body in this slow soft practice.
